   The ECG series ethylene glycol air cooler developed by our company adopts an ultra-thin structure, with air inlet at the bottom and air supply on both sides. It is mainly used for cooling equipment in cold storage using ethylene glycol aqueous solution as the refrigerant. The product has a small installation space and is mainly used in manned processing rooms that use low-temperature ethylene glycol aqueous solution as a refrigerant. The ECG series air coolers can meet the needs of cold storage at around 10 ° C, 0 ° C, and -18 ° C. This product has the following characteristics:
1. Shell: Made of aluminum plate surface spray painted (silver gray RAL9006), with strong anti-corrosion performance and light weight;
2. The end plate of the heat exchanger is made of aluminum plate, which effectively protects the copper tube and reduces weight;
3. Double layer water tray design: The outer water tray adopts a hinged overall structure design for easy operation; The inner water tray adopts an aluminum plate water tank structure, and the condensed water or defrosting water is directly introduced into the outer water tray drainage outlet through a specially designed water intake groove;
4. Coil: arranged in a triangular pattern with a spacing of 38.1x33, the coil has high heat transfer efficiency;
5. Hydrophilic aluminum foil corrugated aluminum sheet with sheet spacing of 4.0mm and 6.0mm, meeting different temperature and humidity requirements;
6. Fan: Fan specification 350, divided into high speed and low speed design, can meet different noise requirements, operating temperature -30~60 ℃ C, fan quantity 1-4
7. Defrosting: The standard uses electric defrosting, with stainless steel heating tubes evenly distributed in the fins of the coil and on the inner water plate, resulting in good defrosting effect;
8. Adopting IP65 rated waterproof junction box and waterproof connector, it has better waterproof effect. The fan and heating tube are separately wired, with high reliability in use;
9. Strict factory pressure test, with a test pressure of 23 bar;
