1. Shell: Equipped with high-quality galvanized steel plate surface spray coating as standard, with strong anti-corrosion performance; Customizable aluminum plate and stainless steel shell materials.
2. Heat exchanger end plate: The standard configuration uses aluminum plate as a flexible support for the tube plate to prevent copper tubes from contacting steel plates and effectively protect the copper tubes.
3. Water tray design: The outer water tray adopts an angular structure with angles, ensuring smooth drainage and no dead corners; The inner water tray is covered with all aluminum plates to reduce air bypass, accelerate the discharge of condensed water, and enhance the radiation heat of defrosting.
4. Heat exchange tube: The standard configuration adopts high-efficiency internal threads with medium-sized pipe diameter, which have optimized tooth energy to better intensify the disturbance of refrigerant in the flow process, forming turbulent state. The contact between the refrigerant and the inner wall of the heat exchange tube in turbulent state is more complete, and the heat exchange area inside the tube is also greatly improved compared to the plain tube, effectively improving the heat exchange efficiency on the refrigerant side.
5. Aluminum fins: The standard configuration adopts the latest European double sine wave cross arranged fins, which improves air turbulence, optimizes pressure drop, and effectively enhances air side heat transfer efficiency. The material adopts hydrophilic corrugated aluminum sheet, with strong anti-corrosion ability and sheet spacing of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 9.0mm, 8.0/16.0mm, meeting different temperature and humidity change requirements.
6. Fan: Equipped with a large diameter 4-pole high-efficiency high static pressure external rotor fan with thermal protection, it has the advantages of long air supply distance, high static pressure, and strong comprehensive motor protection performance. EC energy-saving motor can be optionally selected.
7. Liquid separator: Equipped with a small pressure drop Venturi type liquid separator as standard, it has a wide range of liquid separation efficiency, adapts to a wide range of liquid supply temperatures, and has high comprehensive efficiency; All models of air coolers use a single separator to optimize the cost of pipeline valves.
8. Extended range kit: Optional Kaidi self-developed extended range kit, optimized air supply cycle, disperses the radiation of longitudinal acceleration without losing pressure, and increases the target air supply volume.
9. Defrosting: The standard method is electric defrosting or water flushing defrosting. Electrochemical defrosting: Stainless steel heating tubes are evenly distributed in the fins of the coil and on the inner water plate, with even defrosting and no dead corners. Water flushing defrosting: using Kaidi's patented technology of a water separator and sprinkling tray, defrosting is uniform and the amount of floating is minimal. Hot air defrosting can also be used according to customer requirements.
10. Junction box: Adopting IP65 waterproof junction box and waterproof joints, it has better waterproof effect, convenient and simple wiring, high terminal pressure resistance, and high reliability in use
11. Testing: The air cooler undergoes a cleaning and testing process before leaving the factory, and passes a strict pressure holding test of 28 bar.
12. Refrigerant: Suitable for refrigerants such as R404A, R507A, R4481, R449A, R134a, R22, etc.
13. Pressure interface: The standard coil collection riser is equipped with a 1/4 inch needle valve port, which facilitates the pressure point of the electronic expansion valve.
